Sir,
In compliance with the provisions of Circular #6, Series [[9?]] 1869, I have the honor to enclose herewith copy of a deed to the American Missionary Association of one-half acre of Land at Fayetteville, Washington CO. AK, to be used as a site for a freedmen's school. It is proposed to erect thereon a [[?]] frame school building 33 by 44 feet inside and 14 feet from floor to ceiling, the cost of which inclusive of seats & desks, and exclusive of some preparatory labor to be given by the freedmen, is estimated at ($1800) eighteen hundred dollars.
