The report of the Asylum school came to day. also Miss Clarks letter and statement for Gen. Howard which latter seems to me very full and appropriate and shall be forwarded with a favorable endorsement without delay. Have the kindness to sign the enclosed blank receipts leaving all else blank. one set is in lieu of those received to-day which had a part of the blank filled in in ink.
