My Dear Sir: You have my thanks for your favor of this ult. and I am sorry that a willing worker finds no place to work. This is one of many similar cases that have occurred during my connection with the schools here. Requests are made for teachers but facts necessary to a full knowledge of the situation are apparently concealed or left out. I really can not add anything in the way of advice that will help you just now, only that you can not count upon any compensation for private teachers that you do not collect monthly in advance.
