[[?Lewisville]] Ark.

Dear Sir:-

I am glad to receive your com. of the 23" & enclosure so promptly.

In regard to pupils over school age my recommendation always is to admit them without charge if there is room for them in the school; also to admit from other adjoining districts pupils of school age on proponet of the [[?ament]] of public [[?]] to which they are entitled in thier own district. I have in some cases made the admission of the latter class of pupils (where no school exists in their district on account of the [[?]] no. of pupils a condition of receiving aid.

Hope to see you at the State Tea. Association on the 6" July without fail.

Very truly,
Wm M Colby
