The Episcopalians are the only persons here who are interesting themselves in the education of the colored children and of therefore recommend that a small sum of money be donated them to enable them to purchase all the articles required - a still better course would be to order the books & c from New York and pay the bill. These articles are much needed the Episcopalians find it impossible to raise the necessary funds here.
