Respectively forwarded approved, the Episcopalians are the only persons here who are interesting themselves in the education of the colored children and I therefore recommend that a small sum of money be donated therein to enable them to purchase the articles required - a still better course would be to order the books &c from New York and pay the bill. These article are much needed the Episcopalians find it impossible to raise the necessary funds here.
