Fort Smith be transferred to the American Missionary Association; the building at Little Rock and at the orphan Asylum near Helena to the Indiana yearly meeting of friends: and all others to the trustee of the school district in which each is situated. It is believed that this will observe the interests of the freedmen and prevent litigation and trouble.
