Dear Folks

I have just answered Cousin Wallaces letter now I will write you so you may get it before the week goes out possibly the Postman will come this morning that will depend on its going early.

Yesterday was a terrible cold stormy day, it began with snow, and ended with a cold rain & cleared in the night, today its sunny & not as cold one more day of March

Our first robin we saw yesterday. I think they have been around before, but we havent seen them, there has been so much snow around our house, now this rain has taken it & we have mostly bare ground its pretty muddy about.

Elmer Royce has died, you may remember him, he died in the Goddard hospital, he was very poor & was helped by the Masons, & Jimmie Lehan gave a hundred dollars, did'nt he used to board with the Blakes at one time? he died of heart trouble was in a coma a long time she lost her mind over it & Careta has been helping her brace up
