Dear Folks

Well we are having very slippery going, the sun is very bright since it cleared off yesterday noon. we have also seen a robin & are still feeding the birds. the funny thing about it was we were looking out the window & there was a squirrel in the box feeding on the crumbs, he filled up the little box completely it was comical. no doubt he was hungry as the birds. we have had suet out all the time, but the birds did'nt seem to care for it. but yesterday a little woodpecker came & he was pecking away at it & seemed very hungry. I took my bath yesterday as usual & washed out my under clothes. this morning they were dry enough to take in & hang up on the drier by the kitchen stove, by to night they will be so I can carry them away.

I am sewing on the slips & all but one are done. I am well supplied with such & have three that have not worn yet. They are having a forty years celebration down to the Episcopal church to day at five O'clock, which she is anxious to attend. but is afraid of the slippery going.
