Bardwell has been appointed Agent of A.M.A. for Arkansas. Proposes to send not to exceed 15 teachers to Ark. and contribute $100.00 toward the expenses of each provided the Bureau will guarantee the balance of support. Says the condition of their treasury is such that he can only send teachers in excess of that number on condition that their salary and expenses be guaranteed by the Bureau, etc. |
