Transcription Notes:
[[note]] Numbers after the F.s, in the second columns, are changed to the next higher number. So what looks like F.13 12 in the first entry, is supposed to be F. 13. All were changed, if you noticed. This happened on a number of these pages. There was an error in copying. So what was F. 12, was changed to 13. F. 13 was changed to a 14, and so forth. The number increased by one as you go through the entries. Some of the "1"s are hard to see over the "F". Just trying to help you make sense of it all. I notated this on other pages, as well.
