States that Charles Case and Edward Pinkett acting as trustees for the colored school contracted with Alonzo Hill to build a fence around the school lot, and being unable to collect anything of the colored people to pay for the same are now personally held for the amount $100.00 As attorney for the parties asks aid from the Bureau to liquidate the claim. | Little Rock Apr. 12. 1870.
