The case mentioned within comes to me to be clearly one of tresspass and I therefore recommend that the Supt Mr Colby be directed to take the necessary steps to regain possession of all buildings taken in the manner described to the injury of the educational interest of the Freedman also to obtain rental on all such buildings for the time during which they have been illegally held.
