At Little Rock and asks why Mr. Colby does not take hold and organize one.  Mr. Rogers, Representative from Ark. in his Minority Report on the Howard Investigation tried to throw suspicion upon the Savings banks and he (Easton) would like to demonstrate under Rogers' own Eye the injustice of his remarks. |
