Thy letter asking for information in regard to our work at Little Rock was received, but not answered so promptly as it ought to be for I hardly knew how to prepare a Report.  But I will endeavor to give some details.

Our Ex. Com. first started to work at Little Rock Ark in October 1865.  Six of our Teachers had been at work at Pine Bluff as that camp was broken up. E.M. Butler, his sister, & Emily Hubbard came to Little Rock leaving 2 teachers at Pine Bluff & 1 going to Camden. These 3 were joined by Martha H. Thomas.  I. Timberlake (who was prevented doing anything by sickness) Sarah Henley Joanna P. Moore, Thissie D. Hunts & Sarah Pickering making 9 teachers together with F. Moore and wife who managed the asylum and Silas Cox & wife who took charge of the Home Farm near by -
