I have the honor to report to you the following facts in order that the roper steps may be taken to obtain the benefit of any moneys which may have been appropriated for the use of the Freedmens Schools Viz Edward Pinket, Charles Case, and Henry Grandy duly chosen as Trustees by the Freedmen of this vicinity have proceeded to purchase and pay for lots upon which to erect a school house, for which proper conveyance have been made and recorded - I would respectfully ask that such official actions as these facts may require, may be taken in
