Sir

Enclosed herewith I have the honor to forward report of School at this place for month of May.

The school is doing very well indeed except as regards the payment of fees. and until the crops of this season are made and disposed of the income will be small.

The night school has been discontinued in consequence of the extreme wet weather and schollars living so far from town that they could not attend regular.

Hoping that my next report may prove more satisfactory.

I remain
Very Respectfully
