Dear Sir:
Yours of 31st ultimo is recd. Miss Hitchcock's transportation was not used because when sickness necessitated her departure for home her transportation being delayed until she had been in the field six months, had not arrived. Upon the day she left Ark she was entitled to transportation - six months having passed.
