faith and firmer nerves that I may resist bravely and with firmness all the obsticles that are intentionaly thrown in my path to imped my progress. I believe thus far by the help of God we have conquered our way and have not found the path so dreary but what we have gathered some flowers by the way-sid, and I have learned much from these little incidents by the way. I find the work increasing in interest iwth me every day and as the time approaches in which I expected to leave the work I find it is infinitely dear to me. I feel that the work here is just begun for how could it be otherwise with my limited knowledge and inefficiency both mental and physical it could not be expected that I would accomplish much in the short period of one year, but it is sufficient for me to know that my labors are approved of by God.
