General:
I have the honor to recommend that John Brazelle, Chairman of School Board in the Brazelle Settlement in the Pulaski county be allowed fifteen dollars (#15.00) per month for rent of School house built by the freedmen of that place without cost to the Bureau and in which they are now maintaining a School at their own expense.
