reported one school giving the number of pupils under my tutelage I was intending in my May report to report 3 schools with the number of pupils attending each.

This plan upon which the schools are conducted is rather more independent than Union or Graded. The three schools meet together in the morning to attend the Devotional exercises, at the conclusion of which School taught by the two colored teachers repair to their respective cabins, which are about twenty rods from our school building. I assume no control over these schools except in the matter of Deportment of the scholars while enroute from school, reserving the privilege of disciplining improper conduct recurring then. I also visit the schools Saturday mornings to inspect progress. otherwise the schools are independent. Now it occurred to me that I should report this month (3) three schools shall I do so or
