and whereas, also, the following hereinafter described real estate is a part of the estate so devised as aforesaid and of which the said Testator was seized at the time of his death.
Now therefore this conveyance made this third day of April AD one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight by and between the said William M. Rogers in his own right and also in the capacity of Executor as aforesaid, Margaret H Melvin. Emma C Johnston and Woods B. Rogers and James A. Johnston by their attorney John Stryker and John Stryker as executor as aforesaid and John B. Latham all of the County and State aforesaid, parties of the first part, and Jacob R Sheppard of Chicago State of Illinois, Secretary American Missionary Association in trust for the said Association, to be used for School purposes, party of the second part: Witnesseth. that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred and Fifty Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part. the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have this day bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents do bargain sell and convey into the said party of the second part the following described lots or parcels of land situate in said city of Fort
