This Deed of Conveyance, made and executed 
at the Town of Dewitt within the County of Arkansas, is the state of Arkansas, this 18th day of February in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven, by and from William H. Halliburton of the County and State aforesaid, of the first part, hereto, unto, and with Richard Pedrick, Levi Jessup, Chas. F Coffin, and P.P. Evans, Trustees Indiana Yearly Meeting of friends, party of the second part hereto: Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration  of the sum of Nine hundred Dollars, by the said party of the second part, at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents unto him in hand paid, the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge, have granted bargained and sold, aliened and conveyed, and do hereby grant, bargain and sell, alien and convey, unto the said party of the second part, the hereinafter described lots or parcels of land, namely; Lots No One, two and three in Block No One hundred and seventy-seven in the City of Little Rock, in the State of Arkansas, 
Together with all and singular the appurtenances to the said premises belonging; To have and to hold, the above granted lots of land and premises unto the said party of the second part 
his heirs and assigns forever. 

And the said party of the first part, and 
his heirs, shall and will warrant and defend
