In  reply to your letter of July 27", I have the honor to inform you that I have this day sent you 30 additional copies of the Manual.  There was a large edition printed, and we shall be glad to send you all that you can make good use of.  

The July report will not be sent you as soon as published.  It will not be ready for the press probably before the first of September.
