Trustees as aforesaid and their successors in Office as aforesaid and thus we will and our heirs shall warrant and defend the same to said Trustees and their successors in office forever against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whatever. Be it remembered that on this the 26th day of December AD 1868 before me John C. Geyer one of the Justices of the Peace of the County and State aforesaid personally came and appeared John J. Gibbons whose name appears upon the foregoing Deed of conveyance as one of the parties grantor and acknowledged that he had executed the same for the considerations and purposes therein mentioned and set forth and desires the same so certified and I do hereby so certify
