entered into a Contract with Miss Getman & Miss. Holems. I don't know how it happens, but our County Treasurer informes me that he has not a dollar of school funds in his hands.

Our people have been expecting us to make a move in the building of a school house; employing teachers, etc. but the truth is we have not had one dollar since the organization of this School District in December last. I hope to be in your City in a few days.
