Dear sir, 
Your letter of 21 inst. rec'd yesterday__have not had time to reply till now. Mr Binford informed me that he had sent to you Miss Slaterly's report on yesterday so that I suppose you have the full report for present month.

As I am subordinate to the School Board here and it is their desire, perhaps it would be better to reach me and the teachers through them.
