Dear Sir. Your dispatch of 14th inst arrived safe and it was delivered to me on the evening of the 16th inst.  I have made arrangements with Mr. John Lee to have the inside of School House repaired viz Whitewasher blackboards put in or clean fastenings on the windows and glass put in.  Will send your estimate of fencing and grading in a few days.  We need a wood House very much their being no place about this premises for fuel.  I hope you will allow me to have a Wood House built immediately to secure the fuel from petty deformation.
