Dear Sir.

The Commissioner desires you to furnish thier office at your earliest convenience with a list containing the names and post office address of each teacher reporting to you, and to notify me of additions from month to month as make corrections whenever there are changes. This list is needed, that documents may be distributed to the teachers in furtherance of the work of education.
