Respectfully referred to Hon S.W. Mallory State Senator 20th Dist. Ark. whose attention is invited to the endorsement of Supt. Colby hereon.

It is very desirable that [[strikethrough]] that [[/strikethrough]] the amount requested from the Bureau in aid of the within mentioned Normal School, be at least duplicated by State of County aid.
