Encloses copy of Deed to A.M. Assn of one half (1/2) acre of land at Fayetteville Washington Co Arkansas upon which the colored people propose to Erect a schoolhouse. Recommends an appropriation of $1800.00 Eighteen Hundred dollars for said purpose and for furnishing Seats, Desks, &c &c
