Sir:
I respectfully request permission to erect a school house at Rocky Comfort, Little River Co. Ark. to cost about ($2200) twenty two hundred dollars and to accommodate about 50 pupils. This place is five miles from the extreme S.W. corner of the state. Copy of a deed of an acre of land for the purpose to the Am. Miss. Assoctn. is herewith enclosed.
