Dear Sir:
You recollect the circular with regard to the occupation of school houses by school boards, for colored schools without permission of the proper authorities?

The A.M.A. directed me to collect rent of the school board for the house here, and I twice sent in a written request for the same, but it seems that Dell was opposed to paying any rent, and he took the ground that the above named circular from the State Supt. released the School board from all such obligations, because they had com.
