Dear Sir: 
Please furnish me, at your early convenience, with a complete list of-all schools, (for freedmen in your State,) called, or intended to be, High or Normal schools, colleges and Universities; said list to contain in each case:

(1st) The name and location (2nd) by whom supported: (3rd) number of pupils and teachers: (4th) number of buildings, materials of which constructed and dimensions: (5th) value of buildings and lands.

If this information is not in your office, please obtain it by correspondence.
