Dear Sir
I am just in receipt of orders authorizing construction of normal school building at Pine Bluff $6000.00. Please have plan and full specifications sent me for the building also please give definite instructions as to the site. A change to some other site at or near Pine Bluff would not necessitate a change of orders I presume but a change to Little Rock would.

I hold the schedule for Martin's reports. have written him and sent blanks twice, but get nothing.
