Plff states that in June 1865. The [[strikethrough]] bal [[/strikethrough]] amt due him for working in Taylor & H Factory was $42 - He applied to the Bu Officer at Oxford (Lt Ponce) who advised him [[strikethrough]] to apply to a magistrate to collect the amt due him [[/strikethrough]] direction to work in Factory, which he did & worked there until Dec. 1865 17th at that time T & H owed him $55 approx a store chg of $6 leaving him [[strikethrough]] due [[/strikethrough]] a col due of $49.
