Transcription Notes:
[[note]] This man's name was actually "Levister". He lived in Franklinton, Franklin, N.C. This is not far from Henderson, N.C. There were never any people with names spelled "LEVERSTER" or "SEVERSTER", or "LEVERSTEN", or LEVSTEN, or LEVSTIR on any 1800s U.S. Censuses in the whole United States. Plus, Richard LEVISTER had a "PEARCE" family around him on the 1860 Fed. Slave Schedule. Sometimes the name "PEARCE" was spelled "PIERCE". Need table
