Dear Sir
I went down to settle the ditch question for Barry/Pearce (F.M) and Levister yesterday I make a difference of $2.59 (Two dollars and fifty nine cents) in their acts in favor of Pearce. Which amount deducted from the $20.72 due Levister as for statement made by yourself leaves $18.13 still due Levister. Pearce refuses to pay the balance due, and Levister wishes to know how he shall proceed to collect it. He is able to pay it if will
Very Truly
