Statement of amount due George Jones in the settlement between him self & P E A Jones. Adjudged by Coghill & Isaac Alston 
Amount due for extra works $267.36 

I agree to pay George Jones the prices of the within Bill to build me the house specified by his letter to me which I hold all be done in the best manner. Should I furnish the Flooring dressed and ready for laying down he is to deduct the price of dressing tongue and grooving also should I furnish the weatherboards dressed and jointed the price of that work is to be deducted also.
