disorderly conduct or other wise fail to comply with this contract the party of the first part shall have perfect right to discharge him with the forfeiture of one half of his labor having reference to the season of the year when he shall be so discharged and no person shall be harbored on this plantation without the permission of the party of the first part except the members of the families of the laborers who are dependent on them for support.
