Your notification of yesterdays date at hand.-
I wrote yesterday to inform you that by Mr Wm Jenkins is [[strikethrough]] by whom [[/strikethrough]] we expected to have the property to be in Minor, and not in the pretended plaintiff, Harris, and that the Bureau had no jurisdiction under the Act of Congress, and this by the declaration and admission of Harris and Minor; and I enclosed the Certificate of Dr W. R. Harris that Mr Jenkins was at this time unable to move in consequence of a wound from a saw, requesting that the trial be postponed until say Wednesday week, If Mr Jenkins should become worse & his life be in
