J N K Jenkins depose that George Minor about February or March told me that he Minor Sold an account to a negro [[strikethrough]] for th [[/strikethrough]] that he held against Jack Smith a white man for the purpose of getting it before the Beaureau to get it collected as the civil court would be too long in collecting

About the first of April I heard John Harris say that he went to work at the Minor's the first of this year for part of the crop which he said was the [[strikethrough]] fourth [[/strikethrough]] fourth part, That he had nothing to doo with furnishing the team, that he owned no horse and that the horse was George Minor's
