Dear Jim:

I refer to my telegram of May 10 in reference to the Cadillac. This Cadillac, for your information, is being bought by the Company for our Manager, Mr. E. R. Silliman, so the bill of sale should be made out to Cia. Mexicana de Aviacion, S. A. I kindly request for you to advise me who the check should be made out to, so that I may send same to you, now or whenever you want it.

As I stated in my telegram, if possible, please make arrangements for it to be delivered in Brownsville, Texas, care of Manuel Garza B., our Fuel Controlman at the Municipal Airport in Brownsville. Whatever charges involved for driving it down to be, of course, for our account and Manuel Garza can either pay the person that drives it down or you can bill us later, which ever is more convenient to you.

This is, of course, a big favor that you are doing not only to me but to Tubby Silliman, our General Manager and I wish to state that we deeply appreciate it.

When in the hell are you coming to Mexico? I am still thinking about the Wells Fargo deal. Please advise me in ample time when you plan to come to Mexico, so that I may instruct Nuevo Laredo to give you complimentary transportation.

Trusting that you and the family are enjoying the best of health, I am as always,

Sincerely yours,

F. O. Willy
