The Beverly-Hilton Hotel
Beverly Hills, California

Attention: General Manager

Gentlemen:

Firstly, I wish to manifest my sincere compliments for the service rendered by your staff during our recent visit.

We have travelled many countries for many years, and I can say without qualification that we had never enjoyed better treatment and service than received through you.

Upon my departure early February 15th, the cashier then on duty permitted me to leave without paying for one long distance call and one local toll call, which charge had not come through at the time we checked out. Your most courteous cashier told me that she would forward me the bill as soon as the charge was received. I have not yet received the bill, and I definitely owe for one long distance call Los Angeles-Mexico, and one local toll call. Please send me the chit and I will remit check by return mail.

Very truly yours,

E.R. Silliman
General Manager
