August 29, 1957 Mr. R. W. Davidson Parker & Co. 99 Park Avenue New York 16, N. Y. Dear Dick: I received a copy of Capt. Rowe book, which reached me through Harold Golding. Best regards to all, I remain, Sincerely, [(signature)] E. R. Silliman General Manager cc: Mr. H. S. Golding ERS: mem
