[[obverse image]] Beginning above the top line of words, are black vertical lines (like a thin ribbon), which runs across the top, then go done the right side, across the bottom to the left edge, then back up right under the "5". Through the center from left to right is a gray-colored, lacy-like block printed image. In a square in the center is a Seal with two lions facing each other on hind legs and shield between. A triangle pointing upward and one pointing downward from the square area.
