In reference to a photo of a painting I recently sent you, this is the information just forwarded to me by Nationale-Galeries, Berlin. 

The artist Franz Radziwill, Painter and Graphic Artist in Dangast (Oldenburg), born February 6, 1895, in Strohausen near Rodenkirchen (Oldenburg).

His paintings are hanging in the Detroit Museum titled Double-Portrait and Still-Life. Also, various Museums in Europe.
