it should have been done after the hurrycane but there was so much expense then that it was put off. our prayers were all that saved it perhaps. I am glad its done as its such a relief to our minds.
           
Mrs Barry went to Holbrook to have her hair done she goes about so often & Mrs Austin does it very cheap. she is the one who has her furniture. she took it away from Edith Virrells. she does not ask her any thing for storage, she has an old aunt living with her about my age & is coming over here to get me & we are going to her home she lives in Brockton but stays in Holbrook most of the time, where she has her Beaty [[Beauty]] Parlor she has all the work she can do.
                 
Bertha Reynolds has made a great success in her office she opend [[opened]] in New York. she has over fifty Police Officers whom she teaches Probation to, twentfive [[twenty-five]] in each class & has had to turn away a lot, besides lecturing all over the U States she is making money hand over fist I should think & her mother seems very proud of her & well she might be. she tells this to Mrs Barry whom she is very fond of. she came here with Frank the other day to see me. I used to know her when we went to shool [[school]]. she told me about some of the old school schollars who are still living too long like myself.                        Ma
