Dear Folks
We are still having cool weather. We have to wear sweaters in the house to to keep warm funny summer A shower Friday night minus the thunder, which went around cooled us off, after the wind got into the S West.
Mrs Barry has just got home from church, she was telling me what she said to Frank Reynolds coming home, she said she wished someone would come + take me for a ride, it was such a nice pleasant, day, + that I had no way in getting out, even if she didnt go. he grunted + said nothing. catch any of that family to do a generous deed when it comes out of them.
Mrs Barry wants me to tell about the church supper Percy had them decide to have the supper in his backyard, instead of at the church a sort of a picnic. had she known of its being a picnic, she never would have gone. if there is anything she detests its going to a picnic. Alice was hostess, they had no more ^than got outside + were toasting their frankforts than it began to rain.
