Dear Folks

Well this bids fair to be a stormy day so being such I will try to get this letter written to you. we sent the little package off to you yesterday and you should get it by Saturday in time for her birthday. it is hard to know what to get for her she takes to so far things that would be pleasing to the majority of children. her age however we hope she will hand some thing she likes by some one.

my wood is getting wet I had split up but as soon as the sun comes out it will soon dry. it sums good to have something to burn so I dont have to keep a hot coal fire when it hot. not so many such days have we had though this summer. thus far we have had a very unnatural summer.

Mrs. Barry was talking to Blaude Darling she met him at her church supper + she was asking him about renting that upper tenement of the Blake house + he said he felt he should
